Stuck in Form View

I am working with a client's database, and everytime we open it, a form
is automatically popped up. All the toolbars disappear and there is no
way to get to the datasheet view. Is there a way to disable this form
from automatically opening or a hot key to switch out of the view?

Ken,

With a bit of luck (that is, if this option has not been disabled), if you
open the database holding down the Shift key you will be taken directly to
the database window, with all your menus and toolbars there, and no startup
code run or form pop up.
Even if you get in the usual way, pressing F11 should bring up the database
window... but you'll still be missing menus and toolbars.
This is all controlled by the options in Tools > Startup (settings are
database specific, not global in Access).
