Stuck In Install Mode - What To Do?

I installed Office XP and now when I open Outlook I get a message
stating that it is continuing to install the Outlook program.

I uninstalled Office XP and this did not fix the problem. The
installation program seems to be stuck in a loop. Can anyone help?
