stuck in print publication

how to get out of print publication, downloaded publisher file to
traveldrive, used another computer to print, for got to save changes made
after print, removed traveldrive. can't edit anything in the publisher on
first computer, edit boxes will not high light except print. on the computer
used to print the file, someone saved the file to it.
I am now unable to work on a new page in publisher

Try a detect and repair. Never save a file to a removable disk. Save to your
hard drive, copy to the removable disk.
Can you go to the printer folder and delete the print queue? Did you do a
restart?
