Stuck Pointer

Recently, accidentally i made a settting. So, now when I
click a cell, and i move the arrow keys, the cell pointer
stays on the same cell and the worksheet moves. whereas i
like the default setting where the cell pointer moves
along with the arrow keys. any ideas?
