Stuck with Access 97

I recently upgraded from Windows 95 to 98SE. This was a
clean install. Once i reloaded Access 97 (SR2) i found
that the Input Mask wizard would not work (no examples
included, and none can be added). Also when i manually
create a mask it doesnt work.

Additionally ActiveX components can not create buttons on
a form.

Any ideas?
