Student and Teacher Edition 2003 - Re install on new laptop

I have student and teacher edition installed on 3 pcs. However one of these
(mine) died and I had to purchase a new laptop.
I cannot access old pc to uninstall, so I am not sure I can reinstall on new
laptop.

Question is can I do this or must I contatct microsoft for a assistance?

Just install it. You will probably have to use Telephone activation. Just
explain what has happened...
