Student Office 2007 wont reinstall

I purchased Office 2007 through Ultimate Steal in January 2009. I had a
system crash in April and needed to reinstall, i was sent a link to reinstall
the program. I kept the emailed link. Now I have had to replace the hard
drive. I tried to use the link but the link comes up with an error message
saying it is unable to process the request. I have the product code etc.
Just need a link to install the program.

see their help.
You should have saved the downloaded installation file to external media,
together with your key & receipt
