Student/Teacher vs. Regular version

Is there a significant difference between the
Student/Teacher version of MS Office and the regular
version (I know there's a significant price difference FOR
SURE!!!).

What are the limitations, if any. I can qualify legally to
purchase the former so it's not like I'd be ripping poor
little Microsoft off (ROFLMAO!!) but don't want to learn
everything off the S/T Version and then get a job thinking
I know it all and screw up. Please advise! Thanks!

Thanks SOOOOOO much, Paul. I was afraid I was going to
have to plop down a huge chunk of change. I don't care
about license as it's just for me to learn on... it's not
like it's going to be put on several puters or anything.
YIPPEEE!!!! Off I go to purchase!
