I get through the process fine right up until a point where I have located
the file saved to disk to restore and I get "You do not have permission to
access this file" - I am buffaloed! Actually, I am attempting to restore
files that were on the same computer prior to Christmas, but I have had to
reconfigure my HP via the backup disks that came with the computer new.
OneCare does not recognize my computer as the same computer that I create the
original emails. How do I overcome this problem? I need desperately to
restore these files! Thanks in advance!
