stupid question: how to get interaction way for OWC 11 in Office 2

Maybe it's a stupid question, but I sure somebody met it before:
right now I use OWC11 to develop a web application, the interaction mode (
user can update data in web spreadsheet) can work for office 2003 user, but
it can not work for those user who still remain Office 2000 in their client
PC.

I know the OWC license is the reason, but I still wanna to know how to let
user use interaction mode of OWC11 in office 2000 except upgrade to 2003.

office 2000 is cut from a different tree, you will not be able to impose
interactivity from owc11 since it is tied to a product install.
