style buttons on toolbar (doing a template)

I have created a template and it has quite a few styles. I have added the
styles to my toolbar as buttons to make using the template easier. I
abbreviated the styles names on the buttoms to make it easier to see.

Others in my office will be using the same template but when I save my
template to the server and others open it up on their computer, the buttons
aren't the same. Some don't show up and the ones that do show up are not
abbreviated as they are on my desktop.

Is there a way when sharing the template (along with buttons I created in
the toolbar) to open up the same? I don't get why what I put out to share
with others is changing.

Are you sure you saved all the buttons in the document template and not in
Normal.dot (the default)?

Thanks Suzanne, but yes, I did save in the template I created. Any other
suggestions? Kinda frustrating. Word....errrrrrrr.
