Good morning, all!
I have an odd problem with the styles in my document. I have defined a
basic Body Text style as well as Body Text Agency and Body Text PO,
which are used for text that is specific to each of two groups,
Agencies and the PO. Both of these two are based on Body Text.
I also have defined Heading 3 and Heading 3 PO (based on Heading 3) and
Heading 4 and Heading 4 PO (based on Heading 4). Heading 3 PO is
defined to have Heading 4 PO as the following paragraph. Both of the
PO styles are the same as the non-PO styles, with the only change being
font color. So for example, Heading 4 PO is defined as Heading 4 +
Font color: Light Blue, English (U.S). I have done this so that I can
create one manual which can be used for both groups by hiding or
revealing styles.
When I type something in Heading 3 PO and press the Return key, the
style box on the Formatting toolbar shows the style to be Heading 4 PO
+ Auto. If I do anything with my mouse, clicking on the document or
even on a screen on my second monitor, the style box changes and shows
the style to be Heading 4 PO. When I start to type, the style goes
back to Heading 4 PO + Auto. I assume that Auto refers to font color,
because Heading 4 PO + Auto shows as black, whereas Heading 4 PO is
defined as light blue.
Does this ring any bells for anyone? Any references, resources, or
general information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Kathryn
