Hi, I’m using Word 2007 and I’m having a style problem. I created a new
paragraph style with the following properties: Times New Roman 12 pt font,
12 pts of paragraph spacing after. When I apply this style to text outside
of a table, everything is fine. However, when I try to apply it to text
within a table, the font size is 11 pt, even though the style definition says
12. Even normal style in this document is 12 pt, so I have no idea where it
is getting 11 from. If I redefine the font size of this particular style to
be 8 points or 14 points or any other font size, it seems to work in a table.
But for some reason it doesn’t like 12. Is there a reason for this and is
there anything I can do about it other than direct formatting? Or is it just
a bug?
Thank you in advance for any information.
