Style Outline Numbering

Version: 2004 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Hi,

I have a Heading Style with numbers for levels 1, 3 and 4 that I'm using from a document sent to me. How do I create level 2 based on level 1, 3 or 4?
