I need to put a .dot Word template, designed on a Mac onto a PC and it
needs to work with the style sheets and hopefully with the key
commands that I set on the template/mac. Can this happen, or be made
to happen?

It will work just fine on Word 2K or 2K3, put it in the Templates folder of
the PC. Windows key +E will bring up explorer and search for .dot

Make sure it has a .dot extension or PC Word won't recognise it properly.

The key assignments will, of course, be inappropriate ‹ you will have to
re-do some of them. (They will remain, they'll just not make sense on a PC
keyboard).

Cheers

I wouldn't bother with creating key commands at all. A template can hold
a custom toolbar, and I'd create one of those to travel with it instead.
More self-explanatory for a traveling setup, less chance of conflicts
with existing custom or default shortcut keys.
