Style

Hi

In my word document I apply my Sytle and I named
RapportStyle

1- Can I save this style to be able to use it in each
word document I create ?

2- How can I minimize the list of my style to the
RapportStyle and one or two other Style

What version of Word? You can do this in Word 2002 but not earlier versions.

At the bottom of the Styles and Formatting task pane, choose Show: Custom.
This opens the Format Settings dialog, in which you can choose the specific
styles you want displayed (you may need to display "All styles" first to see
the ones you're interested in). Make sure to check the "Save settings in
template" box.
