Styles and Templates

I'm trying to create a template in (word 2003) for resumes. I"m trying to
make it easier to format resumes into our format. I have read through some
information i have found online and in a book and i'm still having trouble
making it work. I know this is a hard questions to type back an answer so I
will settle for being pointed in the right direction. So any information you
can give me on where to best find out how to create this template and just
working with styles would be great.
