Styles & Formatting

I've created a paragraph style in one word document. However I would
like to use the same style format from that document in another one
I'm working on. Is that possible, and if so, how do I do it?

The easiest way to import a style (assuming it's a new, custom one, and you
don't have any styles with the same name in the target document) is just to
paste in a paragraph in the style. Even when you delete the paragraph, the
style will remain.
