Styles in MS-word...

L

Luke

I'm trying to get Word to provide me with the name of a
style of a given range, or even just of character. Now I
understand how to get a range, and then the style
associated with that range (I'm aware its based on the
first charcter/index.) But I still can't find a way to
simple tell me what Style the range is set to... Am I
missing something in the documenation?

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
L-

Hi Luke,

I believe that your other post in the microsoft.public.word.vba.general
newsgroup has been answered.

You can use

MsgBox Selection.Range.Style
