Styles in Word2007_Vista

Hi-
Could someone help me create a style for the Table Title. I successfully
created a style for Figure titles by going into numbering and typing "Figure"
in front of the auto number feature.
However, I cannot repeat the process for an auto numbering Table title.
Does anyone know why?

The usual method for creating autonumbered captions is through the insert
caption feature (Find it here: reference ribbon > captions group). Word
uses the caption style for both figure and table titles. But the number
series will be separate.
