Hi,
I am looking for an Option setting that does the following when using Styles:
I am in a paragraph in which the first sentence is a Heading Style (with
automatic paragraph numbering). After that first sentence, the rest of the
paragraph is in Normal Style (no Styles separator). I place my cursor at the
end of the paragraph (Normal Style), and type a Hard Return to start a new
paragraph ...
That new paragraph then comes up in the Heading Style. So I type my
heading text. Then, as soon as I type a period, the Heading Style turns off,
and changes back to Normal Style.
This works at any level of heading or paragraph numbering - as soon as I
type a hard return, the next paragraph comes up in the Heading Style of the
paragraph before it, and as soon as I type a period, the Heading Style turns
off and changes to Normal.
I have watched someone do this, but they didn't know which Option it was
that set up Styles to do this.
Many thanks,
Rosemary
