Styles

I work on the Help Desk at a law firm. One user has
created a few styles for use with her Word documents.
Another user would like to use them, also. Is it possible
to "send" one user's styles to another user?

We are using Word XP on Win2000 workstations, running a
Novell network. Thanks for any help you can give.

Diane,

any style created can be saved to a template. Any user who
uses this template will have access to all the styles
saved with it. One can also gain access to styles through
the organizer in a pinch, which provide you the ability to
pick one or more styles from any document and add them to
the current document. The template method is however
preferable.
