i am a small cie. i am also female. presently I have a contract on a fairly
big project. all trades(sub- contractors) have signed a contract.
in this contract there is a very specific schedule that all have to follow.
However for reasons which i are not known to me, the carpenter finishers have
fallen quite behind schedule. Since I am the painting contractor, I have been
the recipient of some "ripples" due to the fact that obviously we follow
after the finishers.
As well the tile setter has moved on ahead of us and therefore the work load
has now nearly doubled because of all the masking and taping that now has to
happen. they are inconsistent. no workflow. help! i need very diplomatic
letter sample addressed from me to the foreman without whining and finger
pointing. thanx soo much in advance
