Sub directories in Contacts not recognised

I have recently installed Outlook 2002 (SP3) on a laptop
with XP Home and have imported my files from a differnt
machine.

The main directory is fine and all the sub directories of
contacts are there and can been seen. However, if I search
in the address book, its not picking up the sub
directories and if I send an email using the name of
someone in a subdirectory, it is also not recoignised.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
