Sub-form modification

Hi all,
I created a Form & a sub form using wizard in Ms-Access.
Now i am trying to add a 'add record' button to the sub
form.
In design view, the button 'add record' is visible but
in form view, it is not visible.
I am unable to figure out why this is hapening. I
checked the form widths & height. Everything seems ok.
