Sub Project disappearing from MSP_EPMInternalProjectHierarchies Table

Hello. THe client I am working at has an Integrated Master Schedule
with approximately 15 sub projects. One of the sub projects
(projecttype 5) seems to disappear from the MSP_EPMInternalHierarchies
table in the _Pubished database. This is imacting some reporting we
are doing - and I am not sure if anyone knows what actions would cause
a sub project to be removed from the internal project hierarchies
table while the project is still in the IMS schedule.

Any thoughts on what might be happening to cause this value to
disappear from the table?
