I have a master project with 6 sub projects. All looks well. When I open up
the master in project pro, it opens up all the subs and when I insert the
Project Column, the first line on every project is named the master project.
When I insert the Sub Project column, all sub projects indicate their name.
My issue is when I
select on the reporting database, find any project that has a parent ( or
Master Project ). The Parent Project UID for two of the sub projects lists
the master however the other three sub projects have a null in the parent
Project UID.
Like I said, from a Project Pro standpoint, everything looks linked and
normal.. From a PWA standpoint, you can view the master project and all of
its subs.
Anyone know how the subs projects have NUL in the Parent Project UID? How
can PWA and Project Pro treat these porjects like master and Sub? Are there
other ways to determine Child and Parent?? I am selecting on data via SQL.
