sub report not showng correct number of records

I am trying to add a summary to sub report to a report when I place the
report in the Report footer only 3 of the records show there should be 5
records I also tried making the summary in a report by itself I get the same
results 3 records when there should be 5, anyone know what could be happing
here ?
having no luck with this?

Is the sub-report control's Can Grow property set to Yes (True).
Is the report footer's Can Grow Property set to Yes (True)?
Are you doing this in the Report Footer (and not the PAGE footer)?
Have you checked the sub-reports record source and made sure it is returning
5 records?

all below are correct When i put the subreport in the Page footer it then
spits into 2 records on each page s when i put in report footer it only show
3 records.

This seems to be my day for saying I am stuck.

Putting the sub-report into the page footer is almost always wrong. Page
footers do not grow and therefore you are liable to not see all the data in
a subreport.

Putting it into the report footer with can grow set to yes for both the
sub-report control and the report footer should display all the available
data. I am stumped. Perhaps someone else has an idea.
