Sub report shifting

Hi
I have a report with 2 sub reports side by side with one being slightly
higher in the report. When the report is run the lower subreport is pushed
down to the end of the higher subreport. Does anyone know what i can do to
dock these subreports where they have been placed in design view.

Can you set their top properties the same? Is the bottom of the higher
subreport beneath the top of the lower subreport?
