In PowerPoint 2007, B2TR, type "H2O", select the "2", then press control + =.
The "2" is subscripted. Repeat the process, and nothing happens. What was
expected/desired was that, on repeating the process, the subscripted
character would no longer be subscripted. That is, control + = was expected
to toggle between subscripted and not subscripted, as it does in Word.
Workaround: click on the "Clear all formatting" button on the "Home" tab of
the ribbon.
The same behavior is observed for control + +, which superscripts characters.
