Sub/Superscripting should work in Excel Legends/Axis Labels

When creating a Chart or Graph in Excel, and you are using Chemical Symbols,
the axis label and the legend label should honor subscripting and
superscripting. Water should not appear as H2O, but rather should have the
ability to subscript the 2.
