Sub total on date and virus type basis

Well in column E want no of occurances on the basis of date and virus
type
i.e. 5/5/03 msblaster should result in 1.
6/5/03 msblaster should result in 1.
5/5/03 blaster should result in 2 since there are two entries related
to date and virus type.

Please help us on this issue.
This is very urgent.

So nobody has to download a workbook (and potential virus), repost with
a sample of your data, a dozen lines. Somebody will post a formula.
