| In FP, with the site open, the folder selected, I publish. I even
marked

| non related folders/files "Do Not Publish". Yet, every file and folder
in

| root was published. This, as I have experienced in the past is because
the
| folder is still a sub-folder and not a sub-web.

| If I open in localhost, its just like I'm viewing live and it brings up
my
| Default.htm page from my root and there are no folders to click on in
| Convert to Web.
