Subcontractor cost as a lump sum?

In Project, if I have a subcontractor cost that is broken into various lump
suims how do I fit that into Project's resource sheets?

Hi Sean,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

I would produce a milestone for each payment day and assign a fixed cost for
the amount.
