Subdivid and Color Groups in PRJCT to identify on Gantt & other v

J

Joanne

Apparently I am not the only one who wants to be able to assign a Task to a
Team or Group, or to an individual of the Group. It seems simple enough to
be set up without having to do a "work-around". Groups or teams (IT,
End-users, GC, Designers, etc), and their members should be color coded so
that they are obvious immediately on the Gantt who is responsible for what.
Resouce conflicts or overuse would be immediately obvious graphically. The
idea of sub groups or group-resources comprised of individual resources is
fundamental to completing projects and should be included in the set-up of
each project.
