Subform condition formatting

I have a subform which is opened in datesheet view.
I want the records to be displayed in RED when ths [status] is No.[Status]
is a field in the subform.
I tried using conditional formatting that is in Design->Font->Condition
formating.
But it dint work.
Is there any other way?
