Subform Data In a Query

The main form is a journal of sorts - discussion title, date, status, departments affected, notes, etc. Underneath - a subform which allows multiple addendums for each entry in the main journal.

What I am having trouble with is getting the addendums to show up in a query/report. For example - Issue 101 has 4 addendums. How would I get these addendums to show up underneath the data from the main entry (Issue 101) in a query/report?
