Subform data select on access/ sql server database

Hi,

I have a client/server accessxp/sql server 2000
database. On the main form there is a subform that uses
a stored procedure to collect a set of data. Anyone got
any ideas as to how i select data on this subform using
criteria from a combo box on the main form? (thinking
along the lines of the afterupdate event on the combo box)
