Subform datasheet needs to show names depending on the number in t

I have a subform in datasheet format. The fields are "Field", "Changed
From", "Changed To", "Date", and "Initials".

I need "Changed From" and "Changed To" to display a person's name based on a
number that shows up if the "Field" field is "Assinged_To". Right now, it's
based on an employee ID number that shows up and I need it to display the
employee's name based on the ID assigned to that employee in the query
"queryEmpInfo".
