Hello NG
I am rather new to access - but at least im trying.....
Two tables:
Orders: OrderNo, OrderDate, TransMethod, Supplier
Order Details: OrderNo, Product, Quantity, Cost
Since there can be a lot of products on each order i want to avoid having to
retype the order number for each product. I would therefore like to make a
form for the first table which transferes the OrderNo to a subform when
pressing a button. This should be kept for each new entry in the subform.
How is this possible?
I think this kind of problem will be very common in my future work with
access. On thing is to make a database another to make it userfriendly.
thanks in advance
