subform indentation

Can anyone let me know how to remove the indented borders on the subform, so that page looks like one continuous form?

open the main form in design view. click once on the subform to select it.
press F4 to open the Properties box (or View, Properties from the menu bar).
go to the Format tab, and change the BorderStyle to Transparent, which also
automatically changes the SpecialEffect to flat.

actually, i just tried to do it, and i dont have a 'transparent' option, only 'none', 'thin', 'sizable' and 'dialog', of which none of them work, i still get the borders. i tried turning off the navigation and record selectors, but same thing.... strange?

you're in the wrong form, hon. don't open the subform at all. open the MAIN
form in design view. IN THE MAIN FORM, click on the subform once to select
it. IN THE MAIN FORM, open the Properties box, etc, etc.
