Subform insertion fails.

I have just upgraded to Access2003 from Access2000, and I have WindowsXPpro.

I am trying to insert a subform via the wizard but the Access freezes up
with the Error Message
"Method SourceObject" of object of object '_subform' failed".
This has never happened before.
Please help, Frank
