subform not displaying data

I have a form that contains a two subforms. The first
subform displays fine but for some reason the second
subform does not display any data. I have created other
forms with two subforms without any problems so I don't
know what could cause this problem. Both subforms are
linked by a field called "PIN".

Please let me know if you need additional information to
solve this problem.
