subform problems

Bart Pauwels

Hi,

I've got a problem getting the writable part of my subform visible.

I've compared the layout with other existing and working forms but can't
seem to see a difference.

Where should be the obvious place to look for a missing here?

Thanx

Also:

How split insertions (auto-fill-in names when the client-n° has been
selected) when you have two of these?
I've tried one in the header (where it should come) and one in details but
when choosing in any one of the cells another number,
I get in the two (auto-filled) other cells the same name (for that
particilar n°)

Thanx

Could you please define/describe what you consider to be "the writable part
of" your subform?

More info, please...

Well,

On top you have the names of the columns
Under that 'first' row there should be blanc cells to be able to type data
in...

These cells don't show up in this particilar subform, they just stay in
background-color, not even lines...

I suppose one possibility is that the subform isn't bound to any recordset
(no table, no query).

Is the AllowAdditions property of the subform set to "Yes"?

Good luck
