Subform View

I have added a subform. It is based on another form.
However when I look at the subform on the main form it is
displaying in datasheet view. How can you change the way
your subform displays.
I want it to show a header, footer etc and be able to
manipulate the fields.
For Example in my main form

Meeting Time Location
Meeting Date Attendees

Notes

When I add this as a subform it looks like this
Meeting time Meeting Date Location Attendees Notes

Click on the little square in upper left corner of your subform when main
form is opened in design view. Change Defaultview property to single form.
Make sure you haven't turned off the Navigation buttons property.
