I have a Form created by the fields of a table. How do I
create a sub form in that form, from a table that has a
one-to-many relationship with that table?

Open your main form in design view, and drag down the subform from your menu
items - then set subform recordsource to the 2nd table and add fields as
needed. The wizard will also help you with this.
