Subform

I have created a contact management database. On the
contacts screen I have a command button that goes to the
meetings subform. On that subform I have a place to
enter the date and time of each meeting then under i have
a notes section to put in any notes from the meeting.
My problem is going from one meeting the next on the
meeting date and time..it does not switch to the seperate
notes i enter for each of the meetings..

for ex: This is one subform:

Meeting Date Meeting Time
8/10/04 1230

Notes:

I want to be able to switch among many meeting dates and
have the other subform switch to the notes from each
date..how do i tell access to do that?
