How can I add more fields when the subform is full?

If you add fields to the table or query that feeds the subform, then you can
add the additional fields in design view. They will show up in your field
list.

I have no more room to add additional fields.

A Form is limited to 22" by 22"... and controls can be made very small by
using tiny fonts. You have NOT run out of room unless you're using room very
inefficiently. You are limited to (if I remember correctly) 768 controls on a
Form, but you can have multiple Subforms each with its own 768 controls.

And if you have so many controls that this is a problem, you're abusing your
users! Humans have a finite attention capacity.

What is this application? What is the form's Recordsource? How many fields do
you have in the table, and how are you trying to display them? More info
please.

Please review John V's assessment...

If your form/subform have that many controls on them, your users probably
won't use (or want to use) the forms.

As a potential alternative, you can effectively "stack" controls by using
the tab control to hold multiple pages, each page consisting of a set of
related controls.
