Subforms - child/master

Hello,

I am not sure if it is a subform I need to use, but from what I have read it
is...

My question - I have a Form with about 10 fields. At the end, I am trying
to allow a person to choose a Complex, Facility, and the Facility fee. I
have created both 1 table with all the data and 3 seprate tables with "ID's"
for each field - trying both ways... What I want to happen is if a person
chooses a Complex, only the facilities associated with that Copmlex show and
the fees with that Facility. In addition, I then want the all three fields
to save in the main table from the form.

I have tried doing a subform but can't get it to work. Is this the right
method? and if so, what am I doing wrong?
