SubFunction Not Defined Microsoft Visual Basic

I hope this is the right place to be for this question. I
have a computer that gives us this error message when we
do a save in Word. It doesn't matter if we do a save or
save as. Is this a known problem that there is a fix or
patch for? I think I just need somebody to give me some
direction to go. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.....Lynn

You might check to see whether there is a FileSave or FileSaveAs macro
that's intercepting the command.

I am sorry, but I don't think I understand what you are
telling me. I don't see anything with these words in a
macro. Thanks.....Lynn

In Tools | Macro | Macros, is there a macro named FileSave or FileSaveAs?
